  • Carry out internal audits and support external audits, ensuring findings are addressed promptly.
  • Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions, and track progress.
  • Keep quality manuals, SOPs, and method validation records up to date.
  • Support the implementation and validation of new test methods and instruments.
  • Produce reports on quality performance and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the Technical and Operations Managers to maintain high testing and equipment standards.
  • Promote a culture of accuracy and quality awareness across the team.
About You

You'll have:

  • Experience working with ISO 17025 and UKAS accreditation.
  • A background in a laboratory or testing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a practical, proactive approach.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage your own workload and drive tasks through to completion.

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team where your contribution really matters. The business values accuracy, improvement, and teamwork and you'll have the autonomy to keep things running smoothly while helping the lab maintain its high-quality standards.
