The Role

Sphere Solutions are working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 building contractor who are seeking an experienced Quality Lead or Quality Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a £400 million Data Centre project near Cardiff, acting as Quality Lead on one of the largest and most high-profile construction schemes in the region.

Following the successful delivery of this project, the role has the potential to develop into a National Quality Lead position, offering clear career progression within a market-leading business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all quality assurance and control activities on a major Data Centre project
• Manage and mentor an on-site Quality Engineer
• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Plans and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company and client standards, ISO requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives across site operations
• Support project delivery teams in achieving right-first-time quality outcomes
