Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team, ensuring a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement
• Take ownership of all site audits, including BRC, retailer, and customer requirements
• Champion food safety, hygiene, and product integrity across the site
• Work closely with Production, Technical, and HSE teams to ensure quality is embedded in daily operations
• Drive initiatives to improve quality systems, KPIs, and training

About You

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing quality leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and customer standards
• Proven ability to lead audits and manage relationships with customers and external bodies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for driving standards
