  • Experience in manufacturing processes like mouldings and machining.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D and FMEA.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Maintain and enhance ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System.

Act as the main contact for all quality matters, ensuring full compliance across new and existing products.

Support new product introduction (NPI) and product verification processes.

Investigate and resolve product or process issues, driving corrective and preventive actions.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
  • Qualified in Quality and / or Engineering, with proven leadership experience.
  • Skilled in manufacturing processes (mouldings, castings, machining, fabrication, assembly, basic electronics).
  • Knowledgeable in quality tools (8D, 5Y, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, etc.).
  • Strong communicator and problem‑solver
