Qualifications

• Experience in managing a Quality department or a senior QA position is desirable.
• Strong experience within GMP environment.
• Experience with LEAN, Kaizen, Black Belt techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Quality department for the site.
• Accountable for definition of strategy for Quality Unit size.
• Lead the auditing of internal Quality Systems.
• Train and coach Quality operators and team.
