Qualifications

• Extensive experience in quality management within an OEM or Tier 1 automotive environment.
• Deep knowledge of quality management standards.
• Proven expertise in APQP, PPAP and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a strong quality culture across the site.
• Manage and improve the site's Quality Management System.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Skills

Leadership and communication skills
