Job summary

Müller is seeking a Laboratory Technician for our Butter Plant in Market Drayton to ensure products meet the highest quality standards. You will support laboratory analysis, testing, data evaluation, and drive continuous improvement in line with Müller values.

You will work with operational teams to identify improvements, manage lab activities and contribute to monthly quality reporting. A strong focus on safety and CI projects is essential to this role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality testing and analysis to support site performance and product standards.
• Evaluate data and laboratory results to identify trends and potential issues.
• Support problem-solving through data analysis and CI initiatives.
• Contribute to development of QMS capability across the site.
• Manage laboratory activities, systems, and standards, including 5S.
• Support operational teams in delivering robust quality control processes.
• Produce and manage Quality Index reporting and monthly quality reports.
• Support audits, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
• Collaborate across departments to drive business and quality improvement.
