A charity for supporting individuals with disabilities is looking for a Quality and Involvement Supporter based in Exeter. This home-based role involves assessing care quality and partnering with Experts by Experience. Ideal candidates should have a strong advocacy background and a passion for person-centred care. The role offers a flexible contract structure and makes a meaningful impact in the lives of those with learning disabilities and autism.
Job Title : Quality and Involvement Supporter (Thera South West) Location : Home-based in the Exeter Area with travel across Wiltshire & surrounding areas
Contract : Relief, as and when required with a flexible approach to working hours and days
Salary : £12.21 per hour
Driving Requirement : Must hold a full UK driving licence with the ability to drive for work About Us : The Quality & Involvement Team at Thera Trust are a peer led quality checking service, who provide vital feedback about the quality of care and support that people with learning disabilities and / or autism receive. Using your experience of providing high-quality support, as a Quality and Involvement Supporter , you will work alongside the Expert by Experience to ensure they can carry out their roles to their full potential.
Having received support themselves, our Experts by Experience use their own lived experience of a learning disability and / or autism, to gathering insights from others receiving support. Thus, helping ensure that people¿s care is person-centred and meaningful.
