Location: Southall, Greater London

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (negotiable, dependant on experience)

Due to continued growth and reinvestment, there is a new opportunity for a skilled and experienced Quality Inspector to join their team.

Duties
  • Conduct manual quality inspection using standard inspection/checking equipment such as Micrometres, Calipers, Height Gauges, and Shadow Graph
  • Operate both manual and CNC Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
  • Program CMMs with PC DMIS software
  • Utilise Visual FAIR software and potentially
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards
Key Skills
  • Experience as a Quality Inspector, particularly in mechanical quality inspection
  • Familiarity with FAIR, CMM operation, and PC DMIS software
  • Background in precision engineering and component manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Aerospace industry standards such as AS9100
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a small team environment
Hours of Work

40 hours per week
4 days per week (10-hour shifts)
Flexible start times, 6am to 8am
Overtime available paid at x1.333hrs weekdays and x1.5 Saturdays
