Pay Rate: 14.00 per hour
Hours: Days (may change after 12 months)

About the Role

We re currently recruiting for a Final Inspector / Inspector to join a well-established and expanding manufacturing team in Redditch. This is a permanent opportunity offering stability, excellent working conditions, and the chance to play a key role in maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction. As a Final Inspector, you ll be responsible for conducting thorough checks on finished components and assemblies to ensure they meet strict quality standards before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed visual and dimensional inspections of finished products
• Use precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, verniers, gauges)
• Identify and report non-conformances accurately
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Follow company and industry quality standards and procedures

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience in inspection or quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Good understanding of quality assurance processes and inspection techniques
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
