Job Description
  • Performing CMM, manual, visual, and final inspections to ensure all products meet company and customer quality requirements.
  • Coordinating subcontract and dispatch processes, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate production and inspection records.
  • Evaluating products using inspection data, liaising with production and quality teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Supporting smooth production flow through prioritised inspections, assisting operators with quality concerns, and promoting lean manufacturing principles.
  • Developing and improving CMM inspection methods, delivering technical training, and supporting new product introduction projects.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Well-versed inspecting precision components with a range of measurement tools.
  • Capable of understanding engineering drawings and tolerances.
  • Previous experience in a relevant role within a highly regulated industry.
