Role Overview

You’ll be part of a team that supports the design, engineering, and manufacturing of products, balancing quality, compliance, and customer expectations.

Shift Patterns Options
  • Early shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00
  • Late shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:00 to 23:30
Responsibilities
  • Providing timely quality control and metrology support to operations and the wider UK Supply business.
  • Sharing best practices in measurement and metrology with production, engineering, and global quality teams.
  • Supporting the rollout of MES and expansion of machining processes.
  • Analysing data to report quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Promoting a culture of quality and compliance across the business.
  • Communicating quality successes and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A solid understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Hands‑on experience with metrology equipment and systems.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and general computer literacy.
  • Experience guiding stakeholders on metrology techniques.
  • Experience programming and using key metrology tools such as CMM and surface measurement systems.
