Quality Inspector - Electronics / Cable Assembly

Are you passionate about quality and precision in electrical/electronic manufacturing? We're looking for a Quality Inspector to join our dedicated team, ensuring our Cable Assemblies/Looms, PCB's and Box Builds meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspect cable assemblies, PCB and box build products to IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610, ISO 9001 standards, Customer and company quality procedures (inc. PCB and Box Build)
• Conduct a range of electrical tests (continuity, insulation resistance, dielectric strength)
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Despatch and Quality teams to maintain on-time delivery
• Use and develop ATE (Automated Test Equipment) programs
• Document inspection results clearly and accurately in company systems
• Report non-conformities and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Proactively contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain safe and compliant working practices at all times
• Flexibility, the ability to move around where required
• Fault finding

What We're Looking For:

• A technical qualification in electrical/electronic engineering or quality discipline
• Experience in quality inspection within a electrical/electronic manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with ATE and FAI (First Article Inspection) processes
• Confident interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
