Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment seeks a Quality Inspector in Aylesbury to own inspection and quality processes within a manufacturing setting. This hands-on role involves inspecting materials, using CMM and Faro Arm equipment, and supporting production teams to uphold quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality inspection in manufacturing, knowledge of measurement processes, and a background in motorsport, aerospace, or automotive sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting materials and components in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with CMM and Faro Arm; PolyWorks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, machined components, fabrications and finished products.
• Lead internal and external audits, investigations and root cause analysis activities.
• Complete quality documentation, including FAIRs, inspection reports, NDT reports and certification packs.
• Manage the calibration programme and maintain inspection equipment records.
• Work closely with production teams to drive quality standards.
