Job summary

SLA Employment Solutions is seeking a Quality Inspector for a manufacturing site in Keighley, West Yorkshire. The role is temporary with immediate start and offers shifts on the morning or day schedule, 38 hours per week, with pay dependent on experience.

You will read engineering drawings, perform inspections with measuring equipment, and prepare quality reports while following SOPs and control plans. Prior QC/inspection experience in manufacturing or automotive is essential.

• Experience with quality checks or inspection processes

Quality Inspector

We are currently recruiting for experienced Quality Inspector s to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Keighley. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience in a qualtiy control / inspection who are looking for a hand on role with a quality focus.

Key Duties:

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Carrying out inspection checks using measuring equipment
• Completing inspection and quality reports
• Following control documentation including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), visual standards and control plans
• Supporting general production duties, including packing

The Ideal Candidate:

• MUST have previous experience in Quality Control / Inspection within a manufacturing or automotive environment
• Experience with quality checks or inspection processes
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic

There is availability on either the Morning or Day Shift hours as follows:

Morning Shift: 5.30am - 2pm Monday to Thursday & 5.30am - 11.30am Fri = 38 hours per week

Day Shift: 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday & 7.30am - 12pm Fri = 38.5 hours per week

Rate of Pay: Dependent on Experience
