Quality Inspector - Manufacturing | Location: Hailsham, East Sussex | Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) | Hours: Full-time, permanent

Our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Hailsham, is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to work within a forward-thinking company that prides itself on delivering high-quality, precision-engineered products.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out inspection and testing of components and finished products using a range of measuring tools and equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM, etc.).
  • Verify products against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Record and maintain accurate inspection data and quality documentation.
  • Identify and report non-conformances, assisting with corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct in-process, first-off, and final inspections.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities within the manufacturing environment.
