Job summary

Gattaca is seeking a Quality Inspector for a contract role in a fast-paced Formula 1 manufacturing environment. You will inspect components against detailed drawings and ensure tight tolerances are met, working closely with Quality Control Managers and Team Leaders.

You will generate non-conformance reports and support efficient release of parts while contributing to continuous improvement. Strong PolyWorks and PC-DMIS skills are essential, with experience in CMM programming and laser marking

Qualifications

• Experience with PolyWorks is essential.
• CMM programming using PC-DMIS is required.
• Experience with inspection arms and GD&T is expected.
• Familiarity with laser part marking equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret tolerances.

The Role

As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a key role in ensuring components meet strict engineering and racing standards.

Working closely with the Quality Control Manager and Team Leaders, you will:

• Inspect components against detailed engineering drawings
• Ensure compliance with tight tolerances and specifications
• Support efficient processing and release of parts
• Produce clear and concise non-conformance reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment
