Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Quality Inspector in Chard to join a precision engineering facility. The role offers £33,000–£36,000 with overtime at 1.5x, early Friday finish, training and benefits.

You will perform first-off, in-process, goods-in and final inspections and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Based in a state-of-the-art site, the successful candidate will have quality inspection experience and precision engineering knowledge, with a commutable distance to Chard.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection within a precision engineering environment.
• Ability to inspect CNC produced components and report findings.
• Willingness to commute to Chard and work a Monday–Friday days-based schedule.

Quality Inspector – £33,000 - £36,000 + Overtime (at 1.5x pay) + Early Friday Finish + Training + Benefits
Location: Chard. Commutable from Axminster, Crewkerne, Honiton, Seaton & Yeovil

Are you a Quality Inspector with experience within a precision engineering environment? This role offers first class training and development, a great work-life balance with a Monday to Friday days-based schedule and overtime to increase earnings.

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a quality inspector to join the team, based in their state-of-the-art facility near Chard. The successful applicant will have an excellent platform to develop as an inspector within the organisation. In this role you will carry out first-off, in-process, goods-in and final assembly inspections across the business. You will complete quality reports and work with production teams to improve company quality standards and ensure that all industry and customer standards are achieved.

This role sits within a rapidly expanding business that services a range of customers in rail, energy, defence and automotive sectors.
