Overview

Quality Inspector — Wolverhampton — £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE) — Full-Time, Permanent — Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 3pm

Responsibilities
  • Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Create and maintain inspection reports.
  • Identify and report non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis.
  • Maintain calibration records and ensure measuring equipment is up to date.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality standards.
  • Liaise with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a quality inspection role.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using a range of measuring tools and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
