Appropriate statistical approaches, including Statistical Process Control and measurement for improvement, will be used to ensure that data supports meaningful interpretation and action. A key responsibility will be translating complex analytical findings into clear, accessible and actionable insight. The post holder will adapt information for a range of clinical and corporate audiences, including frontline services, senior clinical and managerial colleagues, committees and the Board. The post holder will work closely with stakeholders to understand their questions and information requirements, frame analytical questions and select appropriate methods. They will provide evidence-based options and recommendations and clearly communicate assumptions, uncertainty, data limitations and risks.
