Quality Improvement Facilitator
About the Role

Were looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Quality Improvement Facilitator to join our Quality Team. This is an excellent opportunity to support IC24s Quality Improvement (QI) programme and contribute to meaningful change across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Quality Improvement, youll be an essential part of the QI programme, coordinating project activity, maintaining documentation, supporting colleagues with improvement tools and helping to ensure projects are delivered effectively. Youll work closely with teams across the organisation - including BI & Analytics, Communications, Locality Leaders and project workstream groups -supporting data collection, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

This is a hands-on, varied role where your communication skills, organisation and proactive approach will make a genuine difference to how we improve quality and patient safety. If you enjoy working collaboratively, supporting others and helping to drive positive change, this could be the perfect next step.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking accurate meeting notes
  • Maintaining and updating QI tools, templates and documentation systems
