Job Title: Quality Improvement Coach (Residential Childcare)
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £34,000

We are seeking a motivated Quality Improvement Coach with expertise in Residential Childcare to drive exceptional quality improvement across our learner experience. In this role, you'll support Personal Tutors (PTs) to enhance teaching, learning, and overall learner progress. You will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous improvement and providing actionable feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular Learner Experience Reviews (LER) with PTs to assess learner progress.
  • Perform in-depth curriculum reviews and provide feedback based on the Education Inspection Framework (EIF).
  • Improve teaching quality through observation feedback, 1-1 support, and CPD sessions.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to ensure actions from LER and curriculum reviews are implemented.
  • Deliver CPD training for PTs and the wider team, covering topics such as TAQA and AET.
  • Sample learners’ portfolios regularly with PTs to monitor progress.
  • Lead standardisation meetings to ensure consistent tutor delivery.
Requirements
  • Level 3 and/or 5 vocational qualification in your area of specialism (Residential Childcare)
  • Teaching qualification and Assessor/IQA qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of the apprenticeships/further education sector and Education Inspection Framework (EIF).
  • Proven ability to use quality improvement principles to enhance learner experiences.
  • Demonstrable experience in building relationships and developing others
