You will support Personal Tutors and create a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have relevant vocational qualifications and experience in the further education sector. Job Title: Quality Improvement Coach (Residential Childcare)

Salary: Up to £34,000
We are seeking a motivated Quality Improvement Coach with expertise in Residential Childcare to drive exceptional quality improvement across our learner experience. In this role, you'll support Personal Tutors (PTs) to enhance teaching, learning, and overall learner progress. You will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous improvement and providing actionable feedback.
