Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QHSE) Manager

We're looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a safe, compliant, and environmentally conscious workplace. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll drive continuous improvement across quality, health, safety, and environmental performance in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and maintain QHSE systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 accreditations.
  • Identify and control workplace risks, ensuring the highest standards of safety for employees and visitors.
  • Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions.
  • Promote a strong safety and quality culture through effective communication and team engagement.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven QHSE management experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Skilled in audits, root‑cause analysis, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification – desirable.
