Job summary

FalconSmartIT seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to drive quality initiatives across complex technology programmes. You will implement and advance test automation using Playwright, Cucumber, and Java within CI/CD pipelines, while embedding quality across the SDLC in an Agile setting.

The role requires hands-on testing, experience with Murex, and strong collaboration with engineering teams to improve delivery confidence and speed.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience driving quality engineering across complex technology delivery programmes.
• Proven track record with quality engineering practices and test automation across functional, regression, performance, resilience, and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on experience with test management platforms such as Zephyr or TestRail.

• Drive quality engineering initiatives across complex technology delivery programmes.
• Advance quality engineering practices and test automation across functional, regression, performance, resilience and end-to-end testing.
• Embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle, including automated testing in builds, deployments and releases.
• Collaborate with multi-functional engineering, product and platform teams in Agile environments.
• Champion quality with data-driven insights to improve delivery outcomes.
