Quality Engineer (Progression to Quality Manager)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Progression to Manager + Highly Autonomous + Training + Family Run Business

Location: Commutable from Radstock, Midsomer Norton, Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge, Frome, Shepton Mallet, Westbury, and surrounding areas

On offer is an opportunity for a Quality Engineer wanting to progress into a management role where you can play a huge part in enacting improvements within an organisation and mentoring a team of engineers, while being recognised as a leader in your field.

This company is a family run organisation that has been established for more than 70 years, specialising in the manufacture of bespoke products for clients across the UK.

On offer is a role with fantastic progression, where you will be split 50/50 between managing 4 direct reports of Quality Engineers / Inspectors, and leading and improving Quality processes within the business.

The Role:

• Monday - Friday, 39 hours (flexible hours)
• Managing Quality processes and improvements
• Managing a team of 4 direct reports

The Person:

• Engineering or manufacturing background
• Quality engineering experience (ISO9001)
