Quality Engineer (Progression to Quality Manager) – salary range £35,000‑£40,000+ with progression to Manager. Highly autonomous, training provided, family‑run business.

Commutable from Radstock, Midsomer Norton, Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge, Frome, Shepton Mallet, Westbury and surrounding areas.

This company is a family‑run organisation established over 70 years ago, specialising in the manufacture of bespoke products for clients across the UK.

The Role

• Monday – Friday, 39 hours a week (flexible hours)
• Managing quality processes and improvements across the organisation
• Leading a team of four direct reports – Quality Engineers / Inspectors

The Person

• Engineering or manufacturing background
• Experience in quality engineering (ISO 9001)
• Aiming to step into a management position

The advertised salary bracket is £35,000‑£40,000+. The actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications and skill set.
