Baxter Thetford is looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Quality Manufacturing team. You will help ensure our life-saving healthcare products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality improvement and problem-solving tools; data interpretation.
• Scientific or Engineering degree required.
• Experience with equipment calibration.
• Manufacturing & Quality Assurance exposure.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement.
• Experience owning the investigation process.
• TrackWise (or similar) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA tests, e.g. leak analysis.
• Review quality processes and procedures & advise on compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Review atypical events and complaints and initiate local holds.
• Complete Quality Systems/QA commitments.
• Work in close collaboration with Batch release teams & operations.
• Perform continual improvement and compliance monitoring (Gembas).
• Assess change controls.
• Investigate and approve any Quality NCR; own and approve Quality CAPA and change control.
