Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team in Llanelli, Wales. This contract role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 to £36,000 per annum and involves conducting internal audits, managing non-conformances, and developing inspection procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in using MRP systems such as SAGE, SAP, Oracle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package, especially Advanced Excel.
• Experience in environmental or health & safety systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and assist with external certification audits.
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
• Develop inspection and test procedures.
• Support first article inspections (FAI) and customer documentation requirements.
• Analyse quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards.

Skills
