Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Quality Engineer.
• Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or precision manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards across manufacturing.
• Lead 8D investigations for customer complaints.
• Support internal NCR/CAR processes and CAPA implementation.
• Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools.
• Analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in internal audits for compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with teams to implement sustainable improvements.
