Responsibilities
  • Responsible for each vehicle during the Final Quality Process including Dynamic Assessment.
  • Plan Dynamic Assessment activity at an Automotive proving ground.
  • Resolve issues reported during the off-site Dynamic Assessment process by identifying root cause and instigating permanent corrective actions.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and report on quality related key performance indicators.
  • Promote the use of customer techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis.
  • Demonstrate an attitude of continuous improvement and cooperation within the department.
  • Lead and/or support groups of technicians and engineers with fault resolution.
Details

Hours: Workshop hours are 07:00–16:30 Monday–Thursday / 07:00–12:45 Friday. Salary: up to £52,000 per annum.
