Role Overview

As a Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and compliance of advanced secure hardware systems. You’ll work across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to analyse data, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement. From supporting new product introductions to refining build processes and supplier performance, your work will help deliver high-integrity technology trusted in critical defence and government applications.

Essential Requirements
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and process compliance in complex engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficient in continuous improvement and problem‑solving tools such as Lean, 5S, FMEA, and Six Sigma.
  • Experience in supplier quality and development, including quality planning and production approvals.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Requirements
  • Knowledge of configuration management or product lifecycle control.
  • Experience in electronic systems or mixed manufacturing environments.
  • Proactive mindset with a drive for improvement.
