• Degree or HND in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products and processes meet internal and customer quality standards.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits and manage non‑conformance investigations.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality‑related issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement projects.
• Analyse quality data and prepare reports for management.
