Job summary

Shellworks seeks a hands-on Quality Engineer to ensure every Vivomer part meets spec as we scale with manufacturing partners across Europe and Asia. You will translate product requirements into test plans, run SPC and metrology, support supplier qualification, and lead root-cause analysis on line issues.

You will work across our materials, design and manufacturing teams, on the factory floor and in our London office, with one day per week remote.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in quality engineering at high-volume manufacturing.
• Degree in materials, polymers, mechanical engineering or similar.
• Experience with production lines and taking a product to mature production.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into test plans and quality plans.
• Design inline testing and ensure parts meet spec before shipment.
• Run measurement system analysis, capability studies and SPC.
• Lead root cause analysis on line issues and failures.
