Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Quality Engineer for a site-based role in Stroud, England. You will oversee quality systems, drive improvements and have scope for progression to senior engineer with internal training.

The role offers a salary of £40,000-£55,000 per annum, plus progression, training and an improved holiday entitlement (29 days rising to 36 days) and life insurance. Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30, office based near Stroud.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Engineering
• Experience driving quality systems and process improvements
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools is a plus

Office based (Stroud & Stonehouse), commutable from Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stonehouse and surrounding areas

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to directly impact the quality systems, where you will be given full autonomy to manage, improve and implement your own systems once given internal training to upskill your expertise combined with the scope of future progression.

This company are experts in their industry with circa 80 employees spread across two specialist local factory’s, due to growth, they are looking for a Quality Engineer to take their systems to the next level.

This role will suit a Quality Engineering, Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or Senior Quality Engineer looking to take charge of Quality Processes and become the site champion, all whilst further progressing your career into become the go to quality specialist with a great work life balance.
