Are you a Quality Engineer from an Aerospace or Automotive background looking to join a market leading manufacturer offering ongoing personal growth and development, with continuous internal and external training courses to improve your quality toolbox?

Are you looking to join a progressive company who invest heavily into their staff, working at the forefront of modern technologies within the Aerospace, F1, and Defence industries?

In this role you will be split between 2 local sites working within a close-knit quality team to problem solve issues in production. This will involve creating NCRs, using CAPA, FAIRs and 8D methodology, alongside conducting internal and external audits.

Founded nearly 30 years ago, this specialist manufacturer supplies their products in a range of industries such as aerospace, automotive, defense, motorsport, and communications. Due to recent growth, they have opened a new site, hence the need to recruit for this exciting new position.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer looking to join a forward-thinking company who wants to grow professionally, gain recognition for their achievements, and work in a top of the range new site.

The Role:
  • Creating NCRs, auditing, and using quality tools such as FAIRs and 8Ds
  • Working with a close-knit team, liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Split between the Derby site and another brand new local site
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm, some flexibility given
