Job summary

Redshore is seeking a Quality Engineer in the Midlands/Willenhall area to strengthen its precision engineering team. You will conduct internal audits to ISO9001/AS9001, map processes and drive issue resolution to ensure sustained quality.

The role involves producing FAIRS and related documentation, reading engineering drawings, and contributing to continuous improvement. Candidates with an engineering qualification and machined components experience are invited to apply, with ongoing training

Qualifications

• Must be able to read engineering drawings and interpret specifications.
• Experience conducting internal audits to ISO9001/AS9001 or related standards.
• Ability to map processes and drive corrective actions.

THE COMPANY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to join this growing organisation, part of a larger Group that provide precision engineering services to a range of industries including aerospace.

THE JOB

Your role will involve conducting internal audits to ISO9001/AS9001 and other relevant standards as well as process mapping and problem resolution. You will also produce FAIRS and associated documentation.

THE CANDIDATE

Ideally you will have an engineering qualification and be able to read engineering drawings, together with experience of working as a Quality Engineer in a machined components environment. You will be keen to develop your career within this progressive employer.

THE PACKAGE

• Salary between £35,000 and £40,000 depending upon experience
