Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer for our client in Wembley, a medical products business focused on advanced wound care and infection prevention. The role centers on maintaining the QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and related standards, and driving continuous quality improvements.

You will support investigations, CAPA, supplier management, and product release, in a collaborative office setting at the Northwest London head office, requiring five days per week in the

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' quality experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Experience in ISO 13485 QMS.
• Strong understanding of CAPA, change control, document control, and risk management.
• Experience with supplier/subcontractor quality management and quality documentation reviews.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the effectiveness of the QMS.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Support investigations, audits, CAPA, and supplier management.
• Manage product release and ongoing quality improvements.
• Role based at head office in Northwest London with five days in the office.

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with at least 2 years' experience within medical device or medical product manufacturing. You will support and maintain the effectiveness of the QMS, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards while supporting investigations, audits, CAPA, supplier management, product release and ongoing quality improvements.

The role is based at the company's head office in Northwest London and requires 5 days per week in the office.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' Quality experience within medical device or medical product manufacturing.
• Practical experience working within an ISO 13485 / medical device QMS.
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, Document Control, Change Control, Risk Management, Internal Audits and Product Release.
• Understanding of applicable medical device regulations and international standards.
• Experience with supplier/subcontractor quality management and reviewing quality documentation.
