Job summary

Linde AMT UK Limited is seeking a Quality professional to plan and carry out key quality functions, manage QA tasks and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with site management. You will lead investigations into non-conformances, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor KPIs to support investigations.

The role requires experience in ISO9001 or AS9100 environments, internal audit training, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality within ISO9001 or AS9100 environments.
• Internal audit training or experience required.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field advantageous.
• Experience in aerospace and Nadcap desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out key quality functions; manage routine QA tasks.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist production in resolving non-conformances and investigate root causes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Report KPIs and analyze data to support investigations.
• Conduct internal audits of customer and internal documentation.
• Develop corrective actions and monitor progress.
• Review customer specifications and implement in internal systems.

• Inthis role you will plan and carry out key quality functions within theorganization and be responsible for control and manage of all routinequality assurance tasks
• Youwill lead and influence quality improvement initiatives to enhancecustomer satisfaction and collaborate withsite management team tocontinually improve projects, processes, and daily activities
• Assistproduction within the resolution of non-conformances, providing timelyinvestigation into the root cause and work closely with shop floorpersonnel to understand improvement opportunities will be part of yourrole
• Youwill ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
• Reportingof KPIs, data analysis to support investigations and monthly analysis willform part of your role
• Youwill be conducting internal audits to customer and internal documentation,be able to verify and file the evidence of the reviews
• Inaddition, development of corrective actions, monitoring progress forclosure will be part of your role
• Furtheryou will review customer quality specifications and implementation withininternal systems, manage records
