Job summary

Redline Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to take ownership of the quality function within a well-established British engineering environment in Stroud, Gloucestershire.

You will lead quality across production, supplier quality, goods-in inspection, and customer returns to drive improvements. This hands-on role offers autonomy to develop procedures, raise standards, and shape the future of quality across manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality Engineering role within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on approach, with experience implementing quality processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve manufacturing quality issues.
• Experience working with suppliers, production teams, and customers to maintain high quality standards.
