Quality Engineer

Location: Rochester (commutable from Maidstone, Chatham, Gillingham, Sittingbourne, Gravesend).

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer looking for autonomy, hands‑on responsibility, and the chance to develop your skills in a growing manufacturing environment?

This company is a well‑established engineering manufacturer known for its commitment to quality, staff development, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to help maintain and enhance standards across ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.

In this role you will develop and implement quality control processes, carry out mechanical inspections and calibration, investigate quality issues, support supplier quality management, and maintain compliance documentation. You will gain technical experience, autonomy, and the opportunity to drive real improvements within the business.
