Qualifications

  • Experience as a Quality Engineer within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of 8D, FAIRs/PPAPs and GD&T.
  • Skilled in manual measurement, inspection reporting, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining quality documentation such as FAIRs, Control Plans, and ISIRs.
  • Supporting concern management through 8D investigations and corrective actions.
  • Liaising with Production to ensure in-house manufacture meets engineering standards.
  • Using manual measurement tools to complete FAIR's.
  • Maintaining gauge calibration and control systems.
  • Supporting NPI and process validation using quality tools and GD&T principles.
