Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have over 3 years working experience as a Trainee Quality Engineer.
• Good understanding of engineering or manufacturing principles.
• Experience with engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Familiarity with inspection equipment or quality tools.
• Some experience/knowledge of quality standards to AS9100.
• Ability to support internal audits and external audit preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

• Support the Quality Department to ensure products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
• Assist in internal and external audit preparation and follow-up actions.

Trainee Quality Engineer

We are working with a prestigious clients are a AS9100 accredited company, they have been providing forward thinking, modern precision engineering for over 50 years. Specialising in motorsport (F1), aerospace, and medical precision engineering. We are recruiting for an experienced Trainee Quality Engineer to join this business.

Key Skills Required of Trainee Quality Engineer:

• Must have over 3 years working experience as a Trainee Quality Engineer


• Good understanding of engineering or manufacturing principles


• Experience with engineering drawings and GD&T


• Familiarity with inspection equipment or quality tools


• Some experience/knowledge of quality standards to AS9100


• Ability to support internal audits and external audit preparation


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable

• HNC/HND or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline
