The role

As a Quality Delivery Lead, you’ll have a role that is out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of delivering excellence on a critical defence project that underpins national security. You’ll define and implement quality strategies, coach teams, and ensure compliance with stringent regulatory standards.

Day-to-day, you will

  • Driving the development and delivery of quality strategies aligned with Cavendish Nuclear’s objectives.
  • Coaching and advising teams at all levels to embed quality practices.
  • Supporting senior leaders in defining processes and setting quality targets.
  • Ensuring stakeholder requirements are met through robust management systems.
  • Tailoring quality frameworks for specific projects and activities.

This is a permanent position, working 37 hours per week, based in Glasgow, Scotland. Hybrid working patterns are available, with of 2-3 days in the office per week.

Essential experience of the Quality Delivery Lead:
  • Proven experience in a highly regulated industry.
  • Strong background in full project life cycle delivery.
  • Previous line management experience (beneficial).
Qualifications for the Quality Delivery Lead:
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in engineering, quality, or related discipline.
