Job summary

ICDS Group is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our Head Office in Aldgate. This full-time, office-based role targets an experienced quality professional with a construction background and solid ISO standards knowledge.

You will coordinate the Quality Management System, manage audits and certifications, and drive continuous improvement across the business with strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality/QA role within the construction industry.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record coordinating audits, certifications and compliance.
• Good understanding of construction processes and quality management.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the company's Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
• Manage and maintain quality certifications and accreditations.
• Monitor quality procedures, documentation and compliance across the business.
• Support the ongoing development and improvement of quality processes.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports relating to quality performance.
• Work closely with internal teams to promote a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
