Job summary

Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Location: Manchester, UK
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 06:15 - 18:30 (Night shifts: 18:15 - 06:30 if required)
Pay: £12.21

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Quality Control Technician to support our laboratory operations. You will conduct quality testing, prepare reports, and ensure products meet required specifications. Working closely with production teams, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards and solving quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine quality tests on raw materials and finished products.
  • Analyse test results and ensure product conformity.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure proper calibration.
  • Communicate findings and support production teams.
  • Follow health & safety policies and ISO standards.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment (QC preferred).
  • Attention to detail and ability to record accurate data.
  • Strong communication and computer skills (Excel, Word).
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
