Menzies Aviation in Edinburgh is seeking a Quality Control Technician to maintain fuel storage and related equipment, test fuels and additives, and evaluate product quality through statistical data.

You will record data, prepare reports and graphs, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while working with engineering teams. The role requires reading, writing and speaking English, and flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess and maintain valid US driver's license.
• Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, and employment history.
• Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), and one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Role Purpose

The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of fuel farm/storage and related equipment. You will be required to test and inspect fuels and additive products, compile and evaluate statistical data to evaluate and assure quality and reliability of products, and perform hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment maintenance of fuel farm/storage and related equipment.
