This role works 6:00pm to 6:00am on a 4 on and 4 off shift pattern.

We are looking for a great team player who can join the Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for the quality standards of all raw materials and finished goods regarding the safe, legal production of ambient health care supplements quality standards specified by our customers.
Responsible for ensuring all site product quality procedures and standards are always adhered to. Monitoring all site personnel and general hygiene standards, schedules & site procedures including CCP’s are adhered to.
To ensure the effective implementation of food safety policies and procedures, established by the Head of Quality & Quality Manager, whilst working in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, food safety legislation and quality standards specified by our customers.
Enforcement of the effective identity and traceability of raw materials, WIP & finished product systems. Sampling of product from raw materials to finished goods (microbiological & chemical). The implementation and assessment of all procedures as defined within the Quality and Procedures. Ensuring effective non-conformance reporting and corrective action.
In this role you will be required to wear appropriate safety protection (PPE), and to comply with our high internal quality standards.

Pay: From £12.25 per hour plus £1.00 increasing with experience
