Contract Personnel is recruiting a Quality Control Operative for a well-established manufacturing site in Mildenhall.

You will inspect products, follow drawings, and work with the production team to uphold quality standards on a 5:00am–1:30pm shift.

This temp-to-perm role offers a stable career path in manufacturing and the chance to develop QA skills in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/quality control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues.
• Ensure products meet required quality and finishing standards.
• Check product codes, colours, labels and specifications.
• Read and follow drawings, barcode labels and production paperwork.
• Identify and report quality or production issues.
• Work closely with the production team to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with basic filing, sanding and finishing where required.
• Maintain accurate quality and production records.
• Follow all company procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Keep the work area clean and organised.
