The Quality Control Leader at our Nottingham Factory plays a pivotal role in ensuring laboratory compliance and operational excellence. Leading a team QC analysts, this position is responsible for maintaining adherence to regulatory and company standards, organising workloads to meet customer service targets, and driving continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and trend analysis.
The role involves overseeing method transfer and validation for new and existing product developments, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring GCLP/GMP compliance. Additionally, the leader will manage audit readiness, maintain cost and service balance, and collaborate closely with factory teams to deliver key business objectives while promoting team development and proactive performance management.
