Quality Control Inspector / Customer Liason

THE EMPLOYER IS: GARY DUNLOP MOTORSPORTThis role involves customer interaction from the outset, setting out and explaining the detailing process through the interior and exterior of the vehicle, it then goes on to either collection of the vehicle or accompanying the customer back to their house or place of work. On completion of the detailing and pre-delivery of the vehicle, a full vehicle check is carried out to ensure all aspects of the procedure meet the required standards. The vehicle will then be delivered back to the customer where full details will be explained to them.

Responsibilities

• Collection and delivery of cars.
• Post-delivery inspection of vehicles.
• Making use of our appointment system.
• Performing quality control on cars.
